Early July finds Cape Cod at the height of its summer season. Salt marshes and woodlands are lush with fresh green growth, warm southwest breezes give way to cool evenings along the shore, and the landscape hums with life from sunrise to dusk. Ospreys and terns are busy raising young, egrets patrol the tidal creeks, and shorebirds gather along the beaches as another remarkable season unfolds. Inspired by this abundance, we've refreshed the studio with an exceptional selection of antique and vintage carvings, including works by Elmer and Cleon Crowell. We're also pleased to introduce two original miniature carvings by Steve—a Whimbrel and a Great Blue Heron—each thoughtfully crafted to capture the grace, character, and timeless beauty of these iconic coastal birds.
